This semester begins a new overnight permit for Florida State students, moving what was once free parking to students to $300 a year. On June 20, 2024, the Florida State University Board of Trustees voted to introduce new overnight parking permits for all students wishing to park on campus between midnight and 5:45 a.m., Monday through Friday.
