Syracuse, N.Y. – A 15-year-old boy turned himself in Saturday after killing a Syracuse girl who dreamed of becoming a nurse, police said. The boy was charged with second-degree murder and second-degree criminal possession of a weapon, according to a Sunday evening news release from the Syracuse Police Department. He is being held at the Hillbrook Juvenile Detention Center.
