Vets Who Served With Tim Walz Slam Him as ‘Coward’ and ‘Habitual Liar’ in Scathing Megyn Kelly Interview

Four National Guard veterans who served alongside Vice President Kamala Harris’s running mate, Minnesota Governor Tim Walz , came forward to slam him as a “military impersonator” and a “coward.”

Walz, who served and ranked in the National Guard for 24 years before receiving an honorable discharge, often mentions his military background as a key strength in his political career.

However, as Walz’s record has come under scrutiny , critics have pointed to the fact he retired in 2005 to pursue a congressional seat, shortly before his unit was deployed to Iraq. He’s also been criticized for past remarks falsely suggesting he had experienced combat.

SirusXM host Megyn Kelly interviewed four retired guardsmen who served with Walz on her show. In a teaser clip from the interview, set to air in full on Monday, Walz’s former colleagues accused him of grossly exaggerating his military service.

“He’s a military impersonator,” one said.

Another remarked: “I don’t understand how he could do it morally. He has absolutely no integrity.”
