BOCA RATON, Fla. (CBS12) – A brand new outdoor dog wash station is now at Tri-County Animal Rescue in Boca Raton, thanks to Eagle Scouts Troop 323. The shelter stated that the troop spent a day and worked through rain and shine to see the project come to life.
