WICHITA, Kan. (KAKE) – Wichita police say a man in a vehicle was shot in the hip in Old Town late Sunday night. The shooting happened at around 11:55 p.m. to a disturbance at the parking garage at 3rd and Mead. Lt. Douglas Gerdes said several people fired into a pickup truck, injuring the passenger believed to be in his 20s.
