- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 pound beef sirloin, thinly sliced

- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 carrot, diced
- 1 cup frozen peas
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
