LITTLE RIVER, S.C. (WBTW) — One person was hospitalized after a near drowning Sunday night in Little River.
Horry County Fire Rescue crews were dispatched at 7:20 p.m. near 2700 Little River Drive.
South Carolina Department of Natural Resources is assisting.
