RICHMOND, Va. (WWBT)-A brand new community center is being built in the East End of Richmond, right next to the historic Lucks Field. The three-story tall building is intended to become a safe space for students to go after school, community members to learn self-sustaining skills and an economic boost through sports tournaments and other activities.
