ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. – The Pinellas County Sheriff’s Office is investigating what happened after a man was found dead with multiple stab wounds. Investigators say they responded to a report of a man lying on the ground bleeding at around 6:50 p.m. Monday in the area of 46th Avenue North in St. Petersburg.
