Patty Ross of Yukon was awarded the 2024 Outstanding Canadian County Citizen Award during Family Night festivities at the 70th Annual Canadian County Free Fair. Ross was presented with a certificate and the winning cookie jar fair entry, made by Underwood OHCE (Oklahoma Home and Community Education) of El Reno.
