SACRAMENTO, Calif. – It will be a cool-ish Labor Day across Northern California, especially when compared to the temperature outlook for later this week. On Monday, expect a few clouds early and then sunny skies throughout the day with near-normal temperatures. Valley highs could top out in the low 90s, Foothill temps will be in the mid-80s and the Sierra can expect temps in the upper 70s.
