I often write about new shopping centers coming to Florida such as the new Northchase Plaza that will include a new Publix. In writing these articles, I’ve come to believe that readers embrace shopping centers with as many amenities as possible. About The Shops At Racetrack: According to a listing on Loop.net, the shopping center is less than three miles from I-95 and 30,509 vehicles travel along the intersection of Rack Track Road and Bartram Park Boulevard North per day.
Land located at 4560 Race Track Road will become two multi-tenant retail buildings – one of which has already been permitted and leasing has reportedly begun.
Tenants that are reportedly onboard for various areas of the property are Another Broken Egg, KFC, Dutch Bros. Coffee, McDonald’s, and a grocer, which has not yet been named.
