The City of Dallas is on the hunt for a construction manager at risk (CMAR) to spearhead parts of its expansion plan for the Kay Bailey Hutchison Convention Center Dallas (KBHCCD). The city’s Convention and Event Services Department issued a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) targeting firms that can deliver on the construction of the Dallas Memorial Arena and The Black Academy of Arts & Letters (TBAAL), the third and fourth components of the project.
