LITTLE ROCK (KATV) – The Arkansas State Police Highway Safety Office is launching a new campaign called “Extreme Safety” running from Sept. 3 to Sept. 16. The initiative is aimed at enhancing pedestrian and bicycle safety on Arkansas roadways and addressing pressing concerns surrounding safety for vulnerable road users.
