[1] Plea deal expected for man accused of murdering Muslim men in Albuquerque – The man accused of killing Muslim men in Albuquerque two years ago may be changing his plea. The attorney for Muhammad Syed has confirmed a change of plea hearing will happen Tuesday. In March, Syed was convicted for the murder of Aftab Hussein in July of 2022. In that case he was sentenced to life in prison. Syed is also charged with the murders of Naeem Hussein and Afzaal Hussain. The details of the plea deal have not been released.
