EDEN, N.C. (WGHP) — A large healthcare system in the Triad announced plans for a medical complex in Eden. Cone Health will spend $3.5 million to make it happen.
The complex will consolidate and bring additional medical services to the city. It will be located at 723 S. Van Buren Rd. in the Dayspring Family Medicine building.
“It’s extremely important for our patients and our residents to make sure that there is a convenience to utilizing services that are just down the hall not across town,” Cone Health Senior Vice President for Ambulatory & Consumer Services Deno Adkins said.
Convenience, prevention and wellness are the focus of the services Cone Health plans to offer in the medical complex that will sit on Van Buren Road.
It will hold a Sagewell Health & Fitness Facility and a community pharmacy on site. The pharmacy will be located next to the primary care office Dayspring Family Medicine.
The location is expected to be convenient for patients to pick up a prescription before leaving the complex.
