PHOENIX (AZFamily) – Arizona’s Department of Transportation has been served with a multi-million dollar notice of claims stemming from a fatal crash along I-17. The notices, which are required before a lawsuit is filed, allege that ADOT and the state are responsible for what happened in February when the vehicle two teens were in crashed into a guardrail near Cordes Junction.
