Spring Lake police are investigating a shooting that killed a 21-year-old man and injured two others on Spring Avenue early Monday. Officers were called to the area of 303 Spring Avenue, behind the Plush Sports Lounge, for a shooting at 2:20 a.m. and “discovered that two people had been shot,” according to a release from Spring Lake Police Department Chief Errol Jarman. “The two victims were transported to a local hospital for treatment. An additional victim drove themselves to the hospital with a gunshot wound.”
