REDLANDS, Calif. – San Bernardino County District Attorney Jason Anderson today filed two counts of murder with special circumstances against Michael Sparks in the deaths of Daniel and Stephanie Menard in Redlands. A neighbor said the couple and the suspect recently had arguments over a tree on the line between their properties.
