James M. Johnson Indicted for First-Degree Murder of Lewiston Native Milo Warnock

BOISE – The Ada County Prosecutor’s Office announced that a grand jury has indicted 33-year-old James M. Johnson for the first-degree murder of 45-year-old Milo Warnock, a native of Lewiston, Idaho living in Boise Idaho. Both men were inmates at the Idaho State Correctional Center, where Warnock was serving time for a DUI.
