Award winning country music artists headline Texas Tech’s Homecoming Concert

LUBBOCK, Texas – Texas Tech University will host Country music chart-topper Niko Moon and Grammy Award nominee Midland for Homecoming weekend.

The concert is free and open to the public and will be held immediately after the homecoming pep rally and bonfire on Oct. 18.

It will take place on the student recreation fields directly east of United Supermarkets Arena , next to Urbanovsky Park.

The concert will signal the launch of a comprehensive fundraising campaign at Texas Tech University .

For the concert, Texas Tech’s clear bag policy will be in effect. There will not be any concessions near the stage area, but food trucks with a variety of options will be positioned just off 18th Street adjacent to the festivities.

Free public parking will be available in commuter lots west of United Supermarkets Arena as well as in R-18, R-25, R-5 and R-.
