Bail has been set for two individuals involved in a recent Interstate 81 heroin bust in Cortlandville. Kenneth W. Williams, 25, and Kyrell E. Robinson, 22 – both of Syracuse – were arrested on Sunday (Aug. 25) after New York state troopers discovered over 100 bricks of heroin in their possession.
