PROVIDENCE – Rhode Island State Police made several arrests over the Labor Day weekend, including for driving under the influence and outstanding warrants. On Monday at 10:12 a.m., troopers arrested Rafael Calderon, 44, of Providence, on a bench warrant for failing to appear in court on a suspended license charge.
