TUCSON, Ariz. (13 News) – The Earnest House is partnering with Pima Animal Care Center to provide a unique opportunity for people in transitional housing. The organization not only houses people who have been released from prison, are unhoused or are struggling with addiction- it also takes in dogs in need of a home.
