PALM BEACH COUNTY, Fla. – It took just over two years, but the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office arrested a Miami Beach woman in connection with fraud. Sandra Lugo Rodriguez, 68, was arrested Tuesday and charged with three counts of fraudulent use of personal identification information, one count of organized fraud, uttering forged bills, checks, drafts, or notes and grand theft.
