BOISE – Idaho Attorney General Raúl Labrador has joined 21 other state attorneys general in filing a brief with the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit, challenging an Ohio school district’s policy related to the use of preferred pronouns. The case focuses on whether students can be disciplined for not using a peer’s preferred pronouns.
