Mobile woman arrested after alleged Dollar Tree theft

MOBILE, Ala. ( WKRG ) — A Mobile woman was arrested after police said she was caught stealing items from a Dollar Tree.

The Mobile Police Department said in a press release that Ladonntrye Davis, 33, was arrested after the alleged incident on Monday, Sept. 2 at the Dollar Tree, located at 3226 Dauphin St., around 11:44 a.m.

INCIDENT LOCATION:

According to the release, a suspect later identified as Davis was reported to be stealing items from the business.

Officers said they arrested Davis “a short time later” and took her to the Mobile Metro Jail on two charges of third-degree retail theft of property.
