CONWAY, S.C. (WPDE) – On July 31, Trooper J.A. Lawrence responded to a collision on a secondary 24 in the Conway section of Horry County involving an ATV and a sedan, according to the report. The investigation determined that the driver of the sedan was identified as James Revels.
