The first game of the Jedd Fisch era at Washington went just fine. There wasn’t any drama in the 35-3 win over Weber State, the offense perked up after a slow start, and it was a good warmup.
Eastern Michigan was an underdog against UMass and won easily 28-14. It’s a plucky enough team to give Washington a bit of a battle.
