NORFOLK, Va. – Old Dominion University’s Police Department said the third suspect in an on-campus armed robbery has been identified but is not in custody. 20-year-old Isiah Harrison is charged with four counts of armed robbery, four counts of conspiracy to commit robbery, four counts of brandishing a firearm, one count of possession of a firearm by a convicted felon and one count of possession of an extended firearm magazine.
