Lewisville Police are looking for who is responsible for a wave of thefts involving stolen wheels and tires. “We’ve had 18 thefts of not just tires, but the entire wheel, an entire set of wheels, off of a vehicle, 18 different reports here in the city of Lewisville since January 1,” said Officer Rachel Roberts, the public information officer for the Lewisville Police Department.
