(Cedar Rapids, IA) — A woman from Vinton is facing multiple charges after fleeing police. Officers say they had active warrants for 32-year-old Stephanie Koob who, after refusing to get out of her car during a traffic stop, backed into a police car, then led them on a high-speed chase through Cedar Rapids.
