BOCA RATON, Fla. (CBS12) – A man from Pompano Beach received a state prison sentence for a hit-and-run that killed a bicyclist from Boca Raton. The Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office (PBSO) said on April 29, 2023, at around 5:38 a.m., Samuel Carvalho Vasconcelloswas driving his Chevrolet Malibu on SW 18th Street.
