South Florida ’s own healthy fast-casual concept Holy Avocado is at work on its ninth location. Recent coverage by the South Florida Business Journal shows a new Holy Avocado opening at 1520 N Federal Highway , promising “avocado-infused bowls, sandwiches, smoothies, and more.”
“Holy Avocado was created with the intention to completely replace all junk food with a new concept that will literally change the world. Fast food made healthy,” says the brand’s website . “While keeping the Fast Food times and system, we’ll just do it the healthy way with the use of the Superfood Avocado, taking advantage of all the benefits this fruit provides.”
The menu has a little bit of everything, from the Avocado Vegan Burger to the Avocado Lovers’ Salmon Taco. “Looking for a sandwich? Dive into our Tuna Melt Sandwich.” Or, “start your day right with any of our heavenly avocado toast options”—including Avocado Toast Salmon, Avocado Toast Caprese, and Avocado Toast Shrimp. There’s a selection of smoothies too.
