Gulf low being monitored by the National Hurricane Center

NEW ORLEANS (WVUE) – A low pressure is organizing off the Louisiana coast causing the National Hurricane Center to highlight the area for a low chance of formation. Whether this gets a name or stays a hybrid low, the impacts remain the same. Flooding rains will be a possibility all across South Louisiana into the weekend. Coastal locations will experience higher tides and gusty winds.
