MAGNOLIA SPRINGS, Ala. (WALA) -The Baldwin County Sheriff’s Office arrested a man who was allegedly soliciting women with drugs. Deputies were called to Magnolia River behind Jesse’s Restaurant in Magnolia Springs on Monday night. When deputies arrived, they said James McGuinness had marijuana on him and that it was believed to be what he was offering the women.
