PALM BEACH COUNTY, Fla. – A Broward County man is accused of stealing thousands of dollars from multiple Palm Beach County residents. Samuel S. Charles, 23, of Lauderhill was arrested Wednesday and charged with two counts of money laundering, three counts of fraudulent use of personal identification information, and one count of organized scheme to defraud.
