FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WPTA) – A new mixed-use project is coming to the southeast side of Fort Wayne that will offer housing, commercial space and more. The City of Fort Wayne’s Community Development Division along with Mayor Tom Henry announced a development team has been chosen to develop a mixed-use project near the intersection of McKinnie Avenue and Plaza Drive.
