A medical office building in Richmond, Va., has been foreclosed and is heading to auction, according to a Sept. 5 report from Richmond BizSense. The Capital City Physicians Building will be auctioned off at a bank-ordered sale on Sept. 25. The 55,000-square-foot space was purchased in 2019 for $6.3 million by Bauman & Co., an Atlanta-based firm that invests in medical office buildings.
