EUGENE, Ore — A new project is set to be completed in the Bethel District by 2025, and residents in the area are not happy about it. The project is known as the Eugene Clean Fuels Facility. The company tasked with completing the project is USD Clean Fuels. They hope to get the facility up and running by late 2025.
