LUBBOCK, Texas — Lubbock Police Department’s Major Crimes Unit investigators asked for the public’s help on Thursday locating Manuel Cerros, 36.
Cerros lives in Lubbock but was last known to be in the Houston area for a trip in late July.
The 36-year-old is five feet, nine inches tall, 140 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing either a brown or blue polo shirt, blue jeans, with grey shoes and glasses.
