DELRAY BEACH, Fla (CBS12) – Delray Beach Police have arrested an alleged stalker, accused of harassing a young woman in our area for months. On Wednesday, 30-year-old Ryan Patrick Lewis, of Boynton Beach, was booked into the Palm Beach County jail on charges of stalking, sexual cyber harassment, and unlawful use of electronic devices.
