Caltrans is set to begin 55-hour lane closures on U.S. 101 between the San Mateo/Santa Clara County line and Whipple Ave. for median barrier upgrades. The closures will start on Friday, September 6, at 10:00 PM and continue until Monday, September 9, at 5:00 AM.
Closure Details:
- Northbound and Southbound express lanes (#1 lane) will be closed over a 2.5-mile stretch.
- Temporary additional lane closures may occur to accommodate equipment.
