Albuquerque, NM (KKOB) – A crash resulted in the death of a pedestrian Thursday on Trumbull and San Pablo St., in southeast Albuquerque. According to police, investigators determined two pedestrians were walking in the roadway on Trumbull near Grove around 9:40 p.m. According to witnesses, a dark colored vehicle, was traveling Westbound on Trumbull at a high rate of speed. One of the pedestrians was able to jump out of the way of the vehicle, however, a female pedestrian was hit by the vehicle. The female struck had significant injuries, she was declared deceased on scene. The driver of the vehicle fled after the crash.
