The wait will soon be over for Canyon fans of the popular white and orange burger franchise, which will also open with a chance to win free merch, according to a company news release.
The highly anticipated Whataburger will open at 11 a.m. Tuesday, Sept. 10, at 100 N. 23rd St. It will have two drive-thru lanes, digital menu boards inside and outside, and five curbside spots. A West Texas A&M University mural will also add a local flair inside the restaurant.
As part of the grand opening celebration, the first two customers in the drive-thru will win free Whataburger for a year. The next 200 customers will win free merchandise.
