CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa (KCRG) – CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa – People driving, I-380 in Cedar Rapids should expect delays starting this Saturday. Weather permitted, crews will move southbound traffic between mile marker 20 and 21.5, between the Cedar River and H avenue, to make pavement repairs. Next week, crews will move the northbound lanes. Two lane shifts will happen on both the south and northbound directions to get both sides of the bridge repaired.
