SPOKANE, Wash. – September 6, 2024 – Cushman & Wakefield announced today that the real estate services firm served as the exclusive advisor to Hawkins and its partners in arranging $25.345 million of construction financing for the development of Saltese Creek, a new 192-unit multifamily project being built just south of the intersection of S Tschirley Rd and E 6th Ave in Spokane Valley. The loan was provided by Bok Financial.
