Boise, ID (CBS2) – A Boise man has been arrested on multiple charges after a road rage incident led to multiple shots being fired. Boise Police arrested 26-year-old Giovanni Becerra after receiving a call on Sept. 5 around 4:50 p.m. of shots fired in the 7900 block of West Overland Road.
