STUART, Fla. – The city of Stuart will vote on whether or not to rescind the ground lease agreement it has with Brightline for a train station downtown Monday. This comes after mixed reviews from city commissioners and residents alike regarding the city’s portion of the price tag to bring the newest Brightline station to Stuart near the Martin County courthouse.
