Proposed Petaluma Hotel Wouldn’t Have Significant Impacts

A draft environmental impact report for a proposed luxury hotel in Petaluma has found that the project would have minimal significant impacts. The report addresses concerns about aesthetics, cultural resources, and land use. The proposed six-story hotel which is associated with celebrity Chef Charlie Palmer, has been met with public opposition.
